A relationship should be based on trust and love,so yes i would trust my partner. If you don't trust your partner s/he will feel uncomfortable, especially if you start checking up on him/her your bond between you will wear away and the spark will also waste away. If your partner spends a weekend away and you love each other, there is no reason to why s/he should cheat on you, yet you'll miss each other when s/he's away. There is a saying : when one is far from another their hearts will grow fonder and deeper in love. Love keeps you both strong to go on another day .I think it is the reason why we are here on earth, to Love. So I most definitely think you should trust your partner on that weekend away, but if your partner leaves you for a while and s/he comes back to you in the end, s/he is yours for ever, but if not, s/he was never yours to begin with.

Yes, totally.

If you can't even spend a weekend apart that is a pretty demanding relationship. People need some time to themselves to have their own friends and persue their own interests.

It happens quite a bit in my household.

My hubby and I trust each other implicitly. Also helps that we act the same way in each other's company as we do with our friends so there are no issues when we're apart

Absolutely, His mates were on about going to Magluf and i said of course as long as i can go on a girly week away. He got really upset. I always say "i don't want you to resent me in 20 yrs time so do what u need to", cause i sure as hell will. xx

It depends. I personally wouldn't...#1 because I have trust issues and #2 there have been situations that can't be proved either way.

Yes. He has shown himself trustworthy. I have done the same for him. It feels really good to know we can trust each other.

Yes!

He will spend the whole time thinking about me and then make it up to me when he returns.

Perfect.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that!
