Someone who did something comepletely evil, and did it for entirly selfish and ignorant reasons. I don't mean the bully who stole you're pencil case, however bad that is.

I mean killing and torturing people. But this person can't be doing something on the spir of the moment or because of trauma or depression. Someone who had the chance to be a good person, and was brought up well, and not in povery, but not comepletly spoiled either.

There are a quite of checkpoints I have wriiten, and I'm sure there are more, but I'm sure if you follow them you could find a couple of truly evil people.

If you think the term 'evil' really exticts. Is it possible that everyone is good at heart? Maybe something awful happened to them, or that they were simply never shown right and wrong. Or perhaps they are mentally ill. Maybe they truly believe that what they are doing is right.

As I'm writing this, I have changed my views comepletely. I believe no-one is 100% evil. Everyone is good at heart.

The question is slightly ambiguous, worst by what/whose standards? The worst person in Europe could be Stalin or Hitler although in Cambodia Pol Pot could be acknowledged as maximum evil. Atilla the Hun is often acknowledged by scholars as maximum evil as he slayed hundreds and devoted enormously merciless acts although the previously stated dictators could be acknowledged as extra merciless as they lived by the factors of a extra present day and 'civilized international'

that would be hitler. yes, he was very smart and turned a whole country around into a world power. but he wanted to change the world to a perfect world and killed a lot of people. if he hadnt of killed so many people he would of been one of the greatest person to ever live (not THE greatest but up on the list)
