Theres either a scratch on your dvd or your DVD Player/ Ps2 is busted

Mine did the same thing before it completely died. Sorry...time to start shopping for a replacement.

maybe the laser lens is damaged.....or need some cleaning.

i aint no expert. anyway good luck
