In-vitro fertilization is the only way to really increase your chance of conceiving twins. That's because they actually implant several fertilized eggs into your uterus. Other than that, you really can't increase your chances. Good luck, though!

No one can tell u how to get twins. Their is no special position that we can tell u that will help with that. But if u do the inverto, that raises ur odds of conceiving more then 1. U have to be ready for anything when u do that so keep an open mind about things. I wanted twins, Have 2 get it over fast. Thats all I wanted is 2. I got 4. And I'm 23 years old. I never thought it would be this hard. I will never leave them. But I wish I would have had just 1 first to make sure thats what I wanted. God and the doctors gave me the best blessings on earth. Be careful with what ever u choose. Good luck and god bless.I hope this helped!

Fertility drugs and in vitro increase your chance of fraternal twins. Heredity also plays a factor (your side of the family, not your partner's). Subsequent pregnancies have a higher chance of being twins. Lastly, older women also have a higher frequency of ovulating two eggs.

Identical twins are a fluke and not hereditary or influenced by fertility drugs.

Are you nuts? LOL! Have you ever had a *single* newborn baby? If you have then you know how exhausting one baby is....two is just about insane. I have 16 month old boys. Oh honey, the stories I could tell you that just might change your mind ;)

Anyway, here is a list of factors:

Fertility Drugs
Being a little overweight
Being older
Having more kids (I think with each single you have your chances for twins is upped)
Heredity
Luck of the draw

Only way to increase the odds is through fertility treatments. I come from a family with a history of Twins and Triplets. My brother is a triplet. But luckily both my pregnancy's and my sisters ended with just single births

Not that I know of right off hand, but I have heard alot of people say that heavier women have an increased chance of having twins....... and alot of it is heredity as well. My husband is a twin, and twins run on my side of the family too, but those stagese usually skip a genertaion or two... Good luck and best wishes!!

Take Clomid or other fertility drugs--but there are lots of risks involved. Don't mess with nature. If you're meant to have twins you will. But believe me--they are not fun.

fertility treatments dramatically increase your chances of having a multiple birth. i had twins naturally with no one in my family even having them. so it's all just random if you don't get the fertility treatments done.

and i'm not fat either, BRIT BRIT who ever heard of heavy women having twins?

heredity generally. and purely success. you could no longer extremely enhance the prospect tho. Sorry. i'm american and that i consume mashed potatos every day and no that would not enhance your possibility of having twins lol. that's the funniest subject I ever heard. If that have been authentic each and every american could have twins whcih would not ensue.
