Being female I can only speak about giving birth. I had four children all by natural birth and it was uncomfortable but not unbearably painful. So, although child birth lasts longer, I should think the being kicked option would be more painful for a man as he cannot experience birth pains.

never given birth, but in science we learned that the cervix is very very very small. And when you think of the size of a baby coming out of a hole so small, yeah I'd go with birth any day. Plus, labor can last hours and maybe days.

Never experienced the first but I see guys get up after a few minutes, GIVING BIRTH...lasts way longer and you have to have serious drugs to get rid of the worse pain.

I am told that the only pain a man can have similar to giving birth, is to snap your anterior cruciate ligament.
I have done that playing rugby, and it is the same injury Gazza had when he was stetchered off in tears.

Well, do you know that is a difficult question.
Even "Bronowski's Ascent" of man doesn't answer that one.
Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! I may have to get back to you. You obviously have an enquiring mind...
Although, thinking about it, being kicked, you know where, doesn't come with painkiller.

Giving birth. The pain is much more intense, and can last for hours and hours.
Men.. the admittedly intense pain lasts momentarily.

Birth... getting kicked, pain generally goes away fast while giving birth hurts in the process and after!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
