The raiders are not a bad team defensively. Unfortunately their offense is. The raiders ranked last in total offense averaging 11 points a game. When your offense can keep the ball it usually means your defense is stuck on the field and they get tired.

Because the team sucks so bad that people figure the defense sucks as well. Actually I think the defense is alright.
