she has a milky substance leaking from her nipples. is this an early sign of pregnancy?

Normally that doesn't happen till later on but yes it can be. Also if her hormones are out of wack it can cause that!

Yes and No...Normally that does not start until later in Pregnancy. But Your breast can get sore...And Sometiems even have little white dots around your nipples.

I have never heard of this as a symptom of pregnancy . However she should take a home pregnancy test to be sure.

Your friend should have a pregnancy test and When i had my first child my breast got really sore

It's possible, but it could also be something else. If I were her, I'd go to the doctor.
