I've heard that you can go to JCpenney's and get fitted for a bra size. Can you go there anytime and will there be someone to help you. What do you ask also?

You can go to JCPenneys, Nordstroms, Victoria Secret, Macys.... basically anywhere there's a large bra department and just tell them your not sure what size you are and you'd like to be measured. They'll be happy to help you.

If you go before 5pm someone should be there to measure you. Just ask if they could fit you for a bra, they do it all of the time. Victoria's Secret also provides this service.

Best place to get fitted for a bra is at a lingerie shop where you can have more privacy and get true personalized attention. Those that work at J.C. Penny are there for the paycheck, the person in a small sho has more of a vested interest in staying in business.

you can also go to victoria secret and just ask a employee say you arnt sure on your size in bras and can you get measured dont be shy their really nice and their there to help you

Go be4 5pm i think, its free and they really help u out, i preferre victorias secret, but its your choice, hope this helps!

try Victoria secret or any place that specializes in undergarments it may be easier to ask someone for assistance
