She came out of order. In season eight you learn that Melinda was born after the boys. You see her in the final episodes reading the book of shadows which Piper has given to her. Everyone else's answers were wrong or incomplete. The Quantum physics answer was close but not quite there. Piper's initial vision of the future was altered by her actions in the present. That is why Wyatt came first and Chris cam second because of his coming back from the future. But, Melinda was destined to happen so she came in time.

Piper never had a baby girl. When she went to the future, she saw herself with a baby girl; however, quantum physics theorizes that every choice we make provides a possible new reality. In her reality, some choice she made along the way (or was made for her) produced Wyatt instead of a girl.

Piper never had a baby girl, they just assumed that since the charmed one's were all girls, that she would have a daughter but she had boys.

Yeah they finally end up at the same time. on the right of the superb episode they coach Piper and Leo as an previous married couple walking up the staircase of the manor passing previous pictures of their little ones and Pheobe and Paige's households. Chris (the different son) is likewise Leo's toddler.

they went into the future but that never happened because it was phobe who was to have the girl but in stead piper had to boys.
