It's actually quite likely that you'll get pregnant if you don't use a condom. Even if you do use a condom, they can break, can be used improperly, etc. A condom alone has an effectiveness rating of only about 99% - which means that 1% of the time it will fail sufficiently to allow pregnancy. To be safe you should use more than just a condom.

it is possible and very highly likely that pregnancy will follow after having sex without a condom, funnily enough, having sex with a condom carries a slighter risk of pregnancy, but not using a condom is much more likely to leave u holding a 9month later small human reminder of this fact.

i do believe that is why condoms are the mark of "Safe" sex. If you don't use one you have a higher chance of getting pregnant. However, not always. I didn't use anything for 15 times straight and i'm not pregnant!

Is that a typo or are you actually serious? Or are you really asking, if you wear a condom can you still get pregnant?
The answer is yes.. They break and are not 100% effective against getting PG or getting an STD either, including HIV

I'm a nurse. Yes there is a possiblity. Go and get tested. The blood test is more accurate. If you had sex yesterday the blood test will give you an accurate result just that fast. Good Luck.

what is wrong with these people use a dam* condom, you wonder why HIV is spreading!!! Yes, you can get pregnant, I guess the school is not teaching sex ed(I actually know there not, there teaching be a virgin for life and it's not helping these kids and theses kids who don't carry condoms are more like to get someone pregnant or spread std's with oral sex!) Please go to plan parenthood and learn about sex protection and how pregnancy happens bec. you're not learning it at school!! Your parents should teach you this too

your question makes no sense, as a condom is used to prevent std and pregnancy, but if you want to prevent pregnancy you must use a better form of birth control than a condom, they are only about 92% reliable. and of course unprotected sex means that there is a good possibility of pregnancy

I assume you failed sex education. It is not only possible, it is more likely a male will impregnate a female if they fail to use a condom or other birth control method and he ejaculates in her vagina. It is still possible even if he does not ejaculate in her vagina. It is also possible even using birth control methods. The only 100% safest method to avoid pregnancy is abstinence.

Obviously. Why do you think there are so many unplanned pregnancies out there? Always wear a condom - spare yourself the headache and all types of sexually transmitted diseases as well.
