If you are running XP and you are like most people, then press ALT+CTRL+DELETE twice at the logon screen.
Then type in Administrator and leave the password blank.
And it will log in. Then you can change the other accounts password in the control panel.

Since you neglected to tell which OS you are using I will assume that it is XP. When you assigned your pass word you should have made a password disk. That way in case you forget the pass word you can put the disk in and it will allow you to assign a new pass word. In older OS systems you could go into the system set up and find the pass word.

You can go into the BIOS/CEMOS at begining of boot up. Go to pass word or administrator and choose delete pass word, save and restart.
If you take out your battery for a few minutes then reinsert and boot up you will need to do the same thing and reset your configuration like clock again.

if u have another account open that one and work with ur password there if not try to hit the hint thing to see if u put something that might help u find ur password. good luck!!

honestly buddy (sorry to say) i think your SOL. or reformatting your computer... which is, unless you know computer stuff, not easy. Ask for a comp tech on here.

go to safemode restart your pc when pc is starting up keep hitting on F8. key ur come to a menu go to safemode on da. screen then hit on enter key 2 times when at login screen hit on *ADMIN* account . when at desktop go to start>control panel >user account hit on that user account you forget password on. then hit on change password . restart ur pc . when at da. login screen hit on ur user account type in ur password . then ur in
