the past two nights i have had dreams that i am pregnant. in the first dream i have just found out, and i am only a few weeks along, and am trying to figure out how to tell my boyfriend. i go to see him and he is holding a baby, but when i try to hold her she is too heavy.
last night i had a dream that i was really worried that i was pregnant, but just wasn't 100% sure.
do pregnancy dreams necessarily mean that you are pregnant, or could they mean something entirely different? has anyone ever had similar dreams BEFORE they found out they were pregnant, and then they turned out to be??

I was always told that if you dream your pregnant, it could possibly be a sign. Have you been trying to get pregnant or are you worried about it?
Either one of those could also cause those dreams.
Never heard the one about dreaming your mother dies meaning your pregnant.

These dreams could mean that you are pregnant, or most likely, your maternal instincts are peeking (your biological clock is ticking). Pay attention to the dreams, but don't stress out about them. If you want to ease the doubt, take a pregnancy test. I did have re-occurring dreams of being pregnant over the years. They would feel so real, I'd be so happy when I awoke. This happened all through my twenties ( I had 2 miscarriages). It also happend in my 30's. I would dream about a baby moving around in my tummy and I felt so much love, it felt so real. I would also dream of a baby boy in some dreams and a baby girl in some dreams. I also would see small babies that I held in my hands. Well, the dreams were predictions of my future. In December '05, I gave birth to premature twins, a boy and a girl. I was 37. My dreams were preparing me for what was to come. My babies are 1 now, beautiful and smart. Pay attention to your dreams. *LOL* The only dream I had was I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I think it is in our subconscious. The other times I dreamed they were positive the test were always negative. I think probably because each time I hoped I was pregnant the thing I hoped for most was a positive pregnancy test. Then when I actually was pregnant the negative test was what I no longer feared and was more scared of a positive. Some dreams are just dreams. I think some dreams are our inner fears, misgivings, or even happiness. Don't quote me though. This is just from my experience. *LOL* I also dreamed of triplets. I woke up felt my stomach and realized I was still pregnant.

My hubby always has dreams about me being pregnant before we find out we are. This last time he had a dream we were going camping at the end of May and we had an infant car seat in the truck between us. Well... 2 weeks later we found out we were pregnant and we are due On either May 25th or June 5th. BUT I always have my baby's early so we are thinking we will be camping with a newborn. Good luck

Personally I doubt your pregnant.
My take on the dream is that its a warning that you avoid making a baby with this boyfriend. Its not for you to do, the child would be too much of a burden on you. Plus the part where he's holding it even though you're the one pregnant... its just not right.
Thats my opinion.
I generally dont tend to think that dreams mean much, especially if i dont know the person dreaming it. But yours has some interesting points.
Just wait until you're late and take a test.

i had dreams all year long *last year* that i was pregnant, and me and my bf hadnt even...well we were still pure :) but yeah i was telling him all year. i saw us walking down the street, me with a big round stomach. and guess what?? i am 9 months now. due jan. eeeeeeeee!!! isnt that great? i mean i was dreaming it, but i wasnt believing it. i thought i was just having the dreams cause he kept saying he wanted to get married and have 2 kids....but after this pregnancy...im not going through it again lol.

someone close to you could be pregnant but you might just want to take a test to be on the safe side. when i was pregnant i had the weirdest dreams but i didn't have them untill 3months after i find out i was pregnant.
