Why does eBay disallow the auctioning of Mutated Sea Bass?

Dragon reelly has Mutated Sea Bass to sell! Is it illegal to sell them or something?

The Mutated Sea Bass are on the list of Endangered Mutant Species. They are very rare and more delicate than you think. Ebay cannont legally allow the sale of Mutated Sea Bass. I would try the black market.....
