They might be a good place to start but saying you want to is pretty low man. Don't say you want to drink and drive. Now asking if the Bengals are going for the NFL record for arrests in a season I could understand.

well, that depends. Do you want to get arrested for it or not? If yes then ok Cinci is a good place, if no then any other team, because we all know that a lot more players do it just don't get caught. Cinci has had a bad run recently (to under state the situation). Good question though,
