How do I unlock a website that has been blocked?

You need to have system administrator privileges for the network that you are using. Only system administrators can unblock websites. It is part of thier job to block inappropriate websites.

It sound like you are at work or school, trying to do something on the Net that you should not be doing.

Right click the website and click block and if it is blocked it will be checked and once you click it it will become un checked meaning it is unblocked.

It depends on what blocked it, antivirus, firewall, parental controls..... need more information.
