Stop complaining about the defense. They are ranked 7th in forced turnovers. 9th in sacks forced. And 1st in pass defense! They need offensive players! Now give me more suggestions.

Since drafting a new owner is not an option, they really should look at quarterback first. My guess is, since Al Davis has a thing for Heisman winners, they will draft Troy Davis. They have so many holes to fill, they would be wise to trade down a bit and gain some more picks. They could always draft the quarterback from Hawaii later and get Adrian Peterson early. But who ever said the Raiders were smart.

well they could possibly take troy smith or brady quinn but in my opinion the raiders are horrible on both sides of the ball that they need help all over the place and i think that it would be wise of them to trade down a couple of times in the first round and acquire as many extra picks as they can get so that they can draft alot of young good players especially for their defense which is old and slow and maybe some good young players on offense to help them out especially on their offensive line

They need a QB, so do they trade for one or likely take one in the draft. If they get top pick then chances are 10-1 they take Quinn. Not saying he deserves it, I'm saying he likely gets picked number one or in the least is the top QB picked.

They need 22 draft picks. Eleven for offense and eleven for defense. Then maybe with a new coach they won't be such an embarrassment.

They need a whole new team! Starting with QB, then to RB, then dump that chump Moss and take a WR. They are in BAD shape.
