what executive positions would there be in a development co.?

I have some land that i want to develop i want to start a co. and use family in executive position what position in a company could i use i know of ceo, vice president,what else?I need 6 to 8 positions. help me thank you. the Dreamer

Why don't you make everyone a vice president. Corporations may create as many officer positions as they like.
