You don't necessarily have to have a period to get pregnant, however you must ovulate. The best way to find out if you are ovulating is to buy an ovulation kit at your local drug store, and test every so often. If you are ovulating, than your chances of getting pregnant are the same as they would whether you had a period or not. The ouvlation tests may be little expensive, but not too bad. Good luck and best wishes!

Yes, it's possible, so long as you ovulate (but if you're not getting your period, you might not be ovulating, either). When I went off the birth control last summer (to get pregnant) my period didn't come. After 3 months I went to an OB-GYN. After doing a physical and blood tests, she prescribed me a medication to induce my period, and another one to make me ovulate (clomid). I'm now pregnant! So go talk with your doctor. Your doctor will want to make sure you're getting enough folic acid and tell you other information, too, so even if you had no problems you should see your doctor before trying to get pregnant.
