The best stress relief does not come from a bottle of any type. It comes from within, but it can certainly be aided in a number of legitimate ways.
Exercise is one, so are meditation, a hobby of some type, music (you do need to find the type that helps you the best - trial and error). anything that can distract you from your problems, a hot shower or bath or sitting in a steam room or sauna and massage. The list goes on and on.
You do need to find the one that works best for you. You will probably find a few types that work for you, and you can alternate them as you feel necessary.
If this is a chronic problem for you, please seek counselling. It doesn't have to be for a long time, but if it is a chronic problem, it does necessitate at least a bit of professional help. Asking for and getting that help is not a sign of weakness. Rather it's a sign of great personal strength, the strength that allows you face your problems head on and word towards a legitimatge solution.

No. Over-the-counter "stress-reliever" pills do not work. They are not regulated or tested for safety or effectiveness. Anyone can make a pill, put any combination of vitamins, herbs.....and say that it will cure and/or relieve anything and sell it on the Internet or in stores. The FDA watches these companies and as soon and they get a bunch out, more pop up and replace them. Most of them take a bunch of money from people before they are put out of business. If the claims seem to good to be true-----they are.

If you can make the time a walk outdoors for 10-15 minutes is a great stress reliever. And if you are in a good relationship, sex is a great stress reliever. Any physical exercise will help release endorphins which make you feel better.

It could be said that my stress reliever was in fact a saying, I can tell you it helped me through my business life and coupled with a glass of whisky at the end of the day, its a winner. If you have a problem, think about it,do something about it and forget it.
