I need a good anti spyware and adware deleter that will delete the stuff off my computer without me having to purchase or register and buy it before it deletes it, can anyone give me some links to some free ones that I don't have to buy please and thank you?

I just want to thank everyone for pitching in and providing links for the anti SpyWare and Adwares.. The Ad-Aware found about 240+ things, and SpyBot found around 130+ things, all were deleted and my internet is running so much smoother, so much thanks to all of you guys. Happy Holidays! :o)
