not single handedly. a single person might be able to convert one person, or even a handful to believe likewise. But there must be additional Help from the spirit of God to convince that what one person teaches is the truth before immorality can be rejected by the populace. Jesus practiced the basics of teaching a dozen students and gave them the authority to teach the rest of the world.

I think it is possible to change it gradually as good people influence those around us,but not all at once.It takes time to fix a screwed up world.It took a while to get this way so it takes awhile to change.I pray for that very thing all the time as well as actively help others.It takes active people and lots of prayers.Good works and good deeds helps the process along
