have someone with a test light help you . find solenoid in engine compartment when it clicks test both sides to see if power is going though if it is starter is bad or cable is loose or bad between starter and solenoid

Sounds like the solenoid. Follow the large red cable from the battery to the solenoid. There will be one more large terminal on the solenoid, going to the starter. When you get it to click, leave the key in the run position and use one jumper cable or a large screw-stick to jump the two large terminals. If it starts cranking, bad solenoid.

I'm sure you have, but check your battery terminals for corrosion.

check battery posts and make sure they are clean

also check positive cable to the starter, make sure it is good shape.

next would be to have the starter itself tested

Similar issue with my 01 F150 but it was the battery it had one dead cell in it. Have you tried testing with another battery?
