Management internships????

Question

I need to find out where I can do a management internship in Long Island, NY. I need to do it in a restaurant or possibly something like a Starbucks. Im in WISE in high school, so its not a serious internship, just shadowing a professional and getting some hands on experience. HELP!

call all the local places and offer your service for a few hours each week...maybe you could work at a few places but for less hours.
