does anybody know how to set up RAZR V3 to the internet?

Go to your providers website or call your service provider. If it is an unlocked phone, you'll need your carriers settings and the network menu for the carrier it was manufactured for.

That depends on the carrier you are using. Sprint? Nextel? Verizon? Cingular? T-Mobile? Someone else?
