Of course....hell, you can swim in Alaska during Christmas time if you want to bad enough.

I lived in Ft Lauderdale for 6 years and I only had 1 year that it was not warm enough to swim. Additionally, most of the moderately nice hotels have heated pools. The ocean may be too cool to swim in but it can be that way in the Spring as well

Yes, the water temperature is about 73-77 degrees F during the winter.

Sure ... why not? Your hotel pool is probably heated, and the ocean should be in the 72-75 degree range.

But you have to be able to swim in the first place.
