i cant believe they can sue anyone on Tv or the radio if they use this song without their permission?Hell even at your kids birthday party. I think corporations have gone way overboard.

but if its something as common as that then why not copyright the word "the" everytime someone uses it i will sue for 50,000 dollars each violation. I didnt make the word up . i just copyrighted it. Mybe you just dont get it then

Yes, I did. And if they have the copyright, they have the right to do that. If you had the copyright on something, how would you feel if no one paid you to use it just because everyone knew it?
