Hello,

I am 41 years old and have been drinking beer daily for the past four years (72 oz per day). Lately, I have trouble talking in English as well as in my native language; especially I forget the words during conversation and take long time to recollect words. I believe I have some brain related problems. Could someone help me to recover from this problem? Is there any health exercise or medicine that would relieve me from this trouble?

Are you drink for make yourself drowsy from alcohol or you just like beer test? If you drink for beer taste only, you should go for non-alcoholic drinks. That will not solve your problem but I'm sure there will be no increment. Every type drugs or alcohol that induce ecstasy or sleep must causes different type mind & memory related problem. So please avoid. You can check this URL to get more info about every type drug effects.

For your problem, I'll suggest, go for Yoga excercise (especially breathing excercises) that will definitely solve your problem.
I've one here for you.

You nose has two holes for breathening, put finger or thumb to close one hole and take slow breath from another open hole, acculmulate in lungs until it become full and have no more space for air. Hold it for 2 seconds. Now open your close hole and close your open hole to exale from closed hole. Inhale again from where you exale, and exale it from other. Follow this procedure for 10 to 15 minutes daily in fresh air for four weeks.
