Sounds good to me! The person you give it to may win, and even if they don't, the procedes (here in Georgia) goes towards helping students afford to go to college through these funds.

If you're going to spend say $20 on the gift, give as many different stretch offs as your state offers...fill in with some $2, etc.

I think it's a great idea, and I've seen it done at Secret Santas. The only problem is that if they don't win anything they may have preferred the cash instead. But if they do win big, then it will have been more than worth it
