Yeah, you will have to back child support if you are behind. Now if you did not pay child support before the court order, I don't believe they back that far. But after the court order was issue and you are behind, you have to pay up, buddy.

If you no longer have the kids or have other reasons not to be getting the child support, then you should pay it back. There are moral reasons, if not legal ones. That money is supposed to be for your kid. You have to decide which you like more.

That a stupid question, its yor kid(s) for God sakes, no matter what happeded between you and your ex, you need to help your children, financially and not just that, but by being in their lives. Yea, paying money can be a pain, but the memories of you doing your job as a daddy or mommy is "priceless". You have lto keep one very important think in mind, those children did not choose to come into this world, you (and your ex) made that decesion, now its time to do the best for the children.

it all depends, if you have a case with FRO (Family Responsibility Office) they will come after you for backpay, suspend your drivers lic., and even put a lein on you home or other assets!!! it's always best to pay. Even if you can't pay in full at least make an effert to pay something. If there not already garnishing your pay check!!!

Do you really begrudge your child money? If money is all you have contributed to this child's life then you got off scott free, unless you have a conscience.
My answer....with interest I hope.
