Duh! It's called morals!
In some states, you would be considered a pedophile! And in others, I think as long as the parents of the 15 yo are okay with it, then it's not against the law.
But why would you want to go out with a 15 yo? Let the 15 yo be a child and you are more advanced as an 18 yo and there are some things that you might say or do that the child won't understand because they are only 15!

In most states, as long as it is less than four years it is legal. But what would an 18 year old see in a 15 year old?

The 18 year old is considered an adult and yes it can be statutory rape if the family of the minor pursues the issue.

Going out? No. But you better CYA! Make sure it's okay with her parents & do a double date so you have witnesses that can confirm nothing untoward went on. Don't even think of touching other than friendly handholding until she's of age.

Yes there is, and it doesn't matter whether the older one is male or female. The "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" laws still apply.

No, but if the 15 year old is female you are not supposed to have intercourse with her in Scotland.

Statutory Rape. What do you have in common with a 15 year old anyway? You're an adult, she's a child, leave it alone.

Dear Kill, keep it in your pants, becasue he you do something to her and even if she lets you and her parents find out. You can go to jail. it's called statutary rape. But if you just friends jsut keep it in your pants and you will have no problems. And when she's 18 you and her can do anything you want.

Sure! there is, if not a state or federal law ~ But a natural law is there. And you are answerable to GOD for all your deeds you do in this world.
Therefore, please think, decide and act rightly and follow the morality law, which governs in all situations.
