Answer any question as soon as it's asked. Be honest. Keep the line of communication open. Let her get correct info from you rather than bs from the street.

I think that is a choice that is totally up to the parents. You have to make the decision as to when she is ready,and can understand what you are saying. Every kid matures at a different speed, there is no fast rule of thumb that applies. With my daughter we tried to start talking to her at a fairly young age and tried to instill good values and judgment all her life.

As soon as possible these days. 11, 12, 13, 14. When ever she starts to ask questions and you feel she is mature enough to handle it. Especially if she starts to go into puberty. She's going to ask and some things you just don't want her friends teaching her.

in very vague terms just maybe relating body parts of males and females around age 7 or 8 thats when the questions start rolling in

When she starts asking questions,serious questions,give her serious answers cuz if u don't someone else will.FIND OUT whats making her ask,general curiosity or something else.Dont b nieve to children today ;they r exposed to various situations. Not everyone raises thier kids like u do.U dont know what they hear when they r away from u.
