I have dealt with the public for over 20 years. the answer is NO. However many companies and individuals mix up customer service giving an honest polite answer to a question and Customer subservience where by the company or individual gives an answer that the customer wants to hear .Until everyone learns the difference then problems will always keep cropping up

You have to be gracious to the customer even when they may be wrong. It does stop when the customer becomes rude and offensive. No one gets paid enough to be abused and bosses and managers (at least the good ones) realize this and will stick up for the employee.

NO, I have heard some unbearable customers in different situations. My own sister is the customer from hell. She has been banned from buying in some stores. People nowdays think that because they are "paying" it gives the the privelege of being an A$$.

Most customers are right. But you need to fire some customers, they end up costing you more than they are worth. If they distrac you from other customers. I always get rid of the bad cutomers, they just don't know it.

If the customer is a total jerk, he/she is wrong. If the customer is nice and is worth keeping, then he/she is right.

Well that's what customers and management like to think. But they sure as hell aren't in my opinion. Not all the time.
