Lower backpain is a given in pregnancy! I would be suprised if you find even one pregnant women that does not have lower back pain! :)
As long as it is a dull pain and you are sure that you do not have a kidney infection...then it is just one of the lovely symptoms of pregnancy!
Sucks...doesn't it?!
Good luck and Congratulations!

Honey, I hate to tell you this, but you will have several pains. I had horrible back pain when I was pregnant. The doctor told me that back pain was normal due to the extra weight, your hips spreading, etc. You should be careful later in the pregnancy though because lower back pain could be what they can back contractions. Good luck with your baby.

Let me say congratulations on being pregnant! This is a very exciting time. And you are perfectly safe to have intercourse at any point during pregnancy, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

I had back pains, but that was because my breast got huge and I wasn't used to the weight. That could be the cause or maybe your body is adjusting to the changes.

Completley normal, I had it with all 3 of mine. You should start stretching now to try to avoid leg cramps and sciatica.
