I HAVE HOUSE WITH NO BASEMENT SITTING ON CEMENT BLOCKS 1 FOOT OFF THE GROUND. CAN I PUT DUCT WORK UNDER IT TO USEWITH A OUT DOOR FURNACE SYSTEM? I PLAN ON ENCLOSING THE UNDER SIDE OF IS HOU THE HOUSE HAS A INSULATED FLOOR IN IT. I DON'T WANT TO PUT THE HOUSE UP ANY HIGHER IF I DON'T HAVE TO.

That really made no sense. You have a forced hot air furnace, and yes, you will have ducts. You control the ducts to channel the air to the places in the house where you want it.

Beyond that I have no idea what you're asking.
