i would say i am a pessimist because i am fearful, most of the time... and yes, it does get in the way of my imagination... i wasn't always like this though...

Some of the greatest art and literature has been inspired while in negative moods.If it's a powerful enough emotion, it can inspire you to create. To an artist, strong emotions of any kind are preferable to being bored.

Both do. Lots of things do. But imagination is more important than those, and it can overcome them.

Yes it can because that negative voice will tell you "Oh that's stupid" or whatever. Think more positive when it comes to imagination..
