I have the content completely finished, but I'm having trouble with the title. It is a real estate company and I want to title the newsletter something fun and catchy. My current best ideas are "The Low Down" or "The Skinny", but I'm not sold on either. Any ideas anyone?

I wouldn't be sold on those either. If you have the space for it I would go with "The State of (Your) Real Estate." I would prefer it without the your in the title but it does specify that this is for the one business and not all real estate companies (it might confuse someone into thinking ideas in your newsletter are actual requirements for all companies--though I believe that won't happen too many times).

Maybe "Realty Check," notice the play on Reality and Realty.

Four Walls or Fourth Wall.
Because homes (tend) to have 4 walls and in theatre, the 'fourth wall' is the audience - those who see all - your newsletter sees all, so people should read it if they want to be in the know too.

No. That is ridiculous. Let's review a really good and famous quote shall we: "Advertising is the art of convincing people to spend money they don't have for something they don't need. " -Will Rogers. Your "Christian footwear" idea is just another item that people would spend that nonexistant money on. I think only the religous crazies would go for it anyway...
