World of Warcraft help please?

I have just started WoW and I created an account, downloaded the free trial and logged in fine. I get onto the bit where I choose the location and type of game, but there is no button to actually enter the game. Can anyone help me?

Did you just start today? If so, all the servers are down on every Tuesday for maintenance, so that could be why you can't login yet.

Firstly check that the servers are not down for weekly maintenece. You can find out by going to the official website and checking eralm status.

Next check that you are fully updated. This is automatically done when you log in. The game will tell you that you need to restart to update.

Once updated you should be able to log in fine.

Once you logged in you were able to choose a server to play on. The servers all have names which relate to ingame characteristics. e.g. Steamwheedle Cartel - EU - English is the english european server named after the Goblin neutral cartel. Once you have chosen your server you should then be taken immediately to the character page. This is where all your characters are listed down the right hand side of the page. At the top of this area is the option to change realm (server). At the bottom is the option to make a new character and below that is a 'back' button to log you out. If you have no character you will have to make one. Click on the create character button to create it. Once done with this you should be taken directly into the game.
