Can I upload songs from my iPod to itunes?

if you enable your ipod for disk use, you can copy the songs from your ipod to your computer, but i'm not sure if it will go into itunes correctly...i've never tried

Normally you cannot do this. You need an external managment program. You can use software listed in this article on this webpage to do this:
