As much as I hate to say it the only reference I have every heard for "Fun bags" are womens breasts. Along with other not so flattering slang terms such as titties, knockers, gozongas and many others.

most ppl would think you are refering to boobs. but, they are also the smaller version of chip bags. ya know how candy bars come in fun size, chips come in fun bags!! :)
