My guess would probably be no. Different country, different rules and cell towers. check with your phone company for their distance.

yeah but make sure u have long distance and traveluing on ur plan other wise u will rack up a 300-500 dollar bill!

yes it will work outside the country but u will be charged double every time u talk, even if ur not the called

If you have an international phone yes, but my guess is that there will be charges.
