Kiki has a good suggestion. Victoria's Secret will measure you at no charge. Where you measure is across the "nipple" area, for cup size, underneath the breasts for bra size. The difference in the two sizes designates the cup size 1 inch larger is "A" cup, 2" is "B", etc. Something like that.

Your first mistake is going to a sales associate at VS that got a 1/2 hour of training on how to fit you for a bra. The only thing they're good at is persuading you to buy more garbage from them that falls apart and acting like b!tches. I've had plenty of experience with Victoria's Secret and every time I've gone in, I've walked out with NOTHING.
You need to get measured by a seamstress, because well...they actually know what they're doing, where to measure, and how to do it correctly. They will also figure in your unique body shape, because not all women are shaped the same, which is what any lingerie store will assume, that you're shaped like the next Jane Doe.
You can do it yourself as well. Measure snuggly under your breasts. If it's odd, add 5". If it's even, add only 4", yet another process VS skips. Measure loosely over your breasts while wearing an unpadded bra. Subtract your band measurement (after adding 4 or 5) from your breast measurement. 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, and so on.
If you still have trouble...feel free to message me. I'm a seamstress and was able to find my correct bra size by measuring myself.

When I have gone to Victoria's Secret and have asked to be measured, they always have these young girls working there and they're TOO EMBARASSED to measure you. They act like you are asking them to have sex with you. Plus their bras don't hold up anyway.

Your best bet is to go to the store for measuring. Each time I go to Victoria's Secret, I first get measured.
