Manic Panic makes makeup especially to make you look pale, called Manic Panic Virgin Pressed white powder, but I have always just stayed out of the sun. Also if you use that white halloween makeup cream it gives you a nice even covering as any foundation would. Plus the black clothing and/or black hair makes you look even more pale!

A pale foundation followed by rice powder. To complete the look, dye your hair blue black, and use a dark red lipstick.

don't go in the sun a lot (wear sunscreen under your makeup if you do.
Now, after the sunscreen, a light layer of baby powder with a big blush applicator. If you can't do that because your skin's too oily, get light foundation.
plus, the black hair makes yo look whiter.

Buy several shades lighter than your natural skin tone.

See wildflow3, also the contrast in the black hair color to your skin makes you appear more pale.

most Goth's I know just avoid any sunlight, they use loads of sunblock, during all seasons...

and black eyeliner,heavy.
and alot of them are naturally ple so dont sterotpye.
