Examine your conscience, what do you think? If you think and feel it is a crime, then even if it is not formally made into a law then it is a crime for you, if you think it is not, then it is NOT.
Generally, It may not be a crime because you are both of age but the thing that really matters is your conscience. Do something that you can live with.

Of course noooooooo!!!!! It is really not a crime for you to do SEX, as you are both over 20, okay so no problem, really, there is no problem, no crime, You can do it again and again!!! Enjoy yourselves!!!
