I did several times, I feel off my shoe when I was young and landed flat on my face and then one time I slipped on a rock in the mall parking lot and landed with my dress up around my legs and then another time I slipped on some water in the middle of the Opry Mills mall and landed spraddle legged on the floor. Maybe I need to learn to watch where I am walking!

Yes I did once but it wasn't in front of a lot of people just a car full lol. I was going across the street and stopped bec of a car but they stopped to let me go and I felt bad so I started running and I had on dress pants and my shoe caught the leg of the pant and made me trip and fall on my knees which tore the pants and cut my knee. I was in a ton of pain but so embarrassed. I got up and limped back to work almost crying!!! How terrible :)

Yes, I did one time working in my son's school's cafeteria. The kids were having chocolate milk that day and some got spilled on the floor and I slipped and fell right on my b***. I was really embarrassed but lucky for me I didn't get hurt and none of the kids laughed at me.

Yes, when I was working at a casino, I fell while walking in front of a lot of people, it was like my legs just gave out!!! I laughed at myself because I found it funny.

i was taping a movie for my health class and i tripped and fell while taping. I thought i had edited it out, but i didnt so when it played for my class you can see the camera just go to the ground and hear me fall and go "oof".
it was really embaressing.

it was raining and I tripped and slide right to the front door of the burbank airport. i was so embarrassed i acted like i was hurt so people wouldn't laugh at me...they laughed anyway, especially my sister in law!
