That question cannot be answered because we do not know WHY we sleep. There are proposed theories but we do not know for sure. Since we do not know why we sleep we cannot answer why we cannot sleep after sleep. The simple answer would be because the “cause of sleep is negated.” But we do not know the cause of sleep.

Sleep reduces your stress and makes you relaxed. The absense of stress is a very important factor which does not allow the brain to initiate the sleep.
If you are looking for a very detailed answer:
The cycle of sleep and wakefullness is controlled by parts of the brain-hypothalamus being the most important part.
This part of brain contains theBiological Clock of the human body.
Once you have completed your sleep, the excitatory neurotransmitters molecules in the brain have been replenished* and they indirectly maintain wakefulness.
*Those excitatory molecules were used up in times of stress.

We sleep as a rule by habit or when we need it.
After sleeping most people do not need sleep and cannot sleep.
