How Do You Make Music Videos With Sims 2?

I've seen people make music videos using Sims 2 and I was wondering how do you do that? I would really like to make one or at least try.

You can't. People make videos and then add music to it but I'm not sure how. Try goggling it or go to ask.com. That's about the only way to find out how.
