India might have laws against premarital sex...I wouldn't be surprised given some of the other laws on their books.

Well in the United States then it would not be a crime. I do not know what the laws are in India because they could be different.

You will both probably be stoned to death - or at least the female half of the arrangement. The man will be castrated and fed his genitals - at least that is what I suspect having just read a question on the caste system and the behaviour of fundamentalist Islamics. Be careful and use condoms.........

In the U.S. it's fine, India is iffy. Got some rather uptight laws on that side of the planet.

i would say no its not a crime to have sex in ur own house just when u have sex close the curtens so nobody can see u guys having sex
