I don't think so. Your MacAfee is an anti virus program but the Norton program on the Yahoo Toolbar is an anti-spyware program and it doesn't do realtime scanning. It is only active when you enable it.. .I myself am using Windows Defender and AVG Anti Spyware and also use the Norton Spyware Scan about once a week. I also use AVG Anti Virus. I have been using all these for more than 3 months now. My computer is working fine.

Most possibly not. But the Yahoo toolbar's Norton and Anti-Spy are so pathetic that they can't detect an infection if it dances before them. I don't use Norton, but I have got that Anti-Spy, and it has not updated since 6th October!!!

All good answers and correct. Never run two anti virus programs as they will see each others files as a virus and try to remove them. Usually with bad results.

Not a good idea to combine the two. Take out one of them. I have seen in the fight that will take place between these two software on your computer, your computer performance will be affected and you will end up being frustrated.
