Microsoft WORD will tell you that:-
Type for a minute then go to File>Properties
Click on the Statistics tab and that will tell you how many words you have typed (and how many characters)
For a better idea of your typing speed, type for 5 minutes and then divide the number of words typed by 5.

I don't know. sorry.
why would you need a website for that? all you need is a computer.
open microsoft word and open the little clock on your computer.
get a book
start typing the words in the book
stop after a minute.
microsoft word can tell you how many words you typed.

I teach keyboarding and I have my students test at http://typingtest.com . They can order a certificate if they wish, but it helps me grade them and certify how fast they can type.
