Nobody is forced to work at any company. If you do not like the benefits, don't work there.

Not providing sick days hurts the employer. People showing up to work are not as productive as they are when they are well, and then they spread the virus around. Instead of having one person out sick, you then get a dozen people at work sick, and you have less productivity than if that one person would have stayed home.

I don't think they should be required to do anything for their employees. If I don't like where I work, I vote with my feet.
